The terms for using this site.
These terms govern your use of anti.enterprises and its public forms. A signed client agreement governs any paid engagement with Anti Enterprises.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse forms, scrape protected areas, or use the site in a way that harms Anti Enterprises or another person.
Applications and Profit Plans
Submitting an application, requesting a Profit Plan, or booking a call does not create a client relationship, require either party to proceed, or guarantee that a partnership will be offered.
Any scope, baseline, compensation percentage, ownership term, performance commitment, or guarantee applies only when it appears in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Site information
The site provides general business information. Examples, estimates, projections, testimonials, and case studies do not promise that every business will achieve the same result. Decisions should be based on your own facts and professional advice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, graphics, software, and other site materials are owned by Anti Enterprises or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, resell, publish, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
Ownership of client-specific installations is governed by the applicable signed client agreement, not by these website terms.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed services operated by other companies, including scheduling, email, social, and infrastructure providers. Anti Enterprises does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or remove site features without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anti Enterprises disclaims implied warranties relating to the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use.
If liability relating solely to your use of this public site cannot be excluded, the total liability of Anti Enterprises will not exceed the amount you paid to use the site during the twelve months before the claim, which is normally zero.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
