How we handle your information.
This policy explains what Anti Enterprises collects through this site, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a Profit Plan, join the newsletter, contact us, or apply for a partnership, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, business email, phone number, business type, revenue range, and the operating or profit issue you describe.
We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request timestamps, device and browser details, approximate location, referring pages, and error or performance data.
How we use information
We use the information to deliver requested Profit Plan materials, evaluate and respond to applications, schedule calls, operate the site, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve our services.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send the newsletter and related updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.
Service providers
We use providers that process information for us, including Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Neon for database hosting, Payload for content management, Resend for email and subscriber records, Cal.com for scheduling, RB2B for visitor identification and marketing measurement, and infrastructure providers needed to run the site.
These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.
The site uses local browser storage for theme and privacy preferences, including a timestamped anonymous consent receipt. Session storage remembers whether an exit offer was shown. Embedded scheduling services may set their own cookies or similar technologies when you request those services.
Cookies, visitor identification, and advertising
Anti Enterprises uses RB2B as an online data partner for visitor identification and marketing measurement.
Our consent manager keeps optional analytics and marketing technologies off until you grant the relevant permission. You can accept all optional uses, reject them, or customize analytics and marketing separately. You can revisit or withdraw your choices at any time through the Privacy choices control.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.
You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and online data partners for the purposes described in this policy, or with professional advisers or authorities when necessary to operate the business, protect rights and safety, comply with law, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Some privacy laws may define certain online advertising disclosures as a sale or sharing even when no money is exchanged. You can use the advertising and GDPR opt-out links above to manage these data-partner activities.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, use the contact page. Newsletter recipients can also use the unsubscribe link in any email. Use the Privacy choices control to change optional analytics and marketing permissions. Advertising and GDPR opt-out links are provided in the cookies and visitor identification section above.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This business service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
