This policy explains what Anti Enterprises collects through this site, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a Profit Plan, join the newsletter, contact us, or apply for a partnership, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, business email, phone number, business type, revenue range, and the operating or profit issue you describe.
We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request timestamps, device and browser details, approximate location, referring pages, campaign attribution parameters, advertising click identifiers, and error or performance data.
How we use information
We use the information to deliver requested Profit Plan materials, evaluate and respond to applications, schedule calls, operate the site, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve our services.
After a successful application, we may send Meta a Lead conversion through the Meta Conversions API. That server-side event may include campaign attribution, technical request data, and one-way hashed contact identifiers for advertising measurement and optimization.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address to send the newsletter and related updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.
Service providers
We use providers that process information for us, including Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Neon for database hosting, Payload for content management, Resend for email and subscriber records, Cal.com for scheduling, Pulse for website measurement, Meta for advertising measurement and audience matching, and infrastructure providers needed to run the site.
These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.
The site uses local browser storage for theme and privacy preferences, including a timestamped anonymous consent receipt. Session storage remembers first-touch campaign attribution and whether an exit offer was shown. Embedded scheduling services may set their own cookies or similar technologies when you request those services. If you grant marketing permission, the Meta pixel sets its own browser cookies, which Meta retains under its own policy.
Cookies, measurement, and advertising
Anti Enterprises uses Pulse to measure website activity, and the Meta pixel to measure advertising performance and reach relevant audiences on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Our consent manager keeps optional browser analytics and browser marketing technologies off until you grant the relevant permission. You can accept all optional uses, reject them, or customize analytics and marketing separately. You can revisit or withdraw your choices at any time through the Privacy choices control.
Pulse and the browser Meta pixel remain controlled by your marketing permission. Separately, a successful application may generate the server-side Meta Conversions API event described above so we can measure whether advertising produced an application.
Meta pixel activity is controlled by your marketing permission on this site. You can also limit how Meta uses this activity for advertising in your own Meta ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and online data partners for the purposes described in this policy, or with professional advisers or authorities when necessary to operate the business, protect rights and safety, comply with law, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Some privacy laws may define certain online advertising disclosures as a sale or sharing even when no money is exchanged. You can use the Privacy choices control and Meta ad preferences link above to manage these activities.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This business service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
